Cancellation and Return
Terms of payment
The payments can be made through ‘prepaid mode’ (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, amazon pay, Paytm) or ‘cash on delivery mode.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order through either of the following methods:
- Via website: Log in to your account. Under Order History, click on Cancel button next to the order you wish to cancel.
- Via WhatsApp Chatbot: You can easily cancel your order through our WhatsApp chatbot by following these steps:

Important:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Cancellations are only accepted via the WhatsApp chatbot or through our website. Requests made through any other medium will not be processed.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund is expected to be processed to your original source of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
NATURALTEIN reserves the right to cancel any order without pre- confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
- Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- We cannot accept returns on opened or tampered products due to health and safety reasons.

Refunds
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, etc.) within 3 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, you need to provide the bank account details where you want to receive the refund. Please note: Refunds will be
issued for the amount paid, excluding delivery charges.
Track Refund Status
You may track your refund status through either of the following methods:
- Via Returns Portal: You can track the status of your refund directly on our returns portal. Click here
- Via WhatsApp Chatbot: You can easily return your order through our WhatsApp chatbot by following these steps:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it must be reported through our returns portal or WhatsApp Chatbot within 24 hours of delivery.
Providing a clear image and unboxing video of the damaged product is mandatory. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
Replacement will be dispatched only after the damaged product has been received at the Naturaltein warehouse.

Refund, Returns and Complaints
Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated automatically and are expected to reflect in the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds for returned orders will be initiated automatically once the product is received and verified to be in its original condition.
For order cancellations, refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.
For returns, refunds will be initiated after the product is received at our warehouse and has successfully passed our quality check. Please note: The entire return and refund process may take up to 2 weeks from the date the return is picked up.
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 3 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in their original condition.
