Please review the eligibility criteria below before submitting a return request:

•  Returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect or missing products.
•  Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
•  Providing a clear image and unboxing video of the damaged product is mandatory.
•  Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
•  We cannot accept returns on opened or tampered products due to health and safety reasons.
